Photos

Selfies and inspiration photos you submit are sent to our AI provider to produce your analysis and are not stored by Undertona. Only the text result of a scan is saved to your account.

Account data

Undertona creates an anonymous account on your device. We store your onboarding answers, scan results, saved looks and subscription status. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number in the app; a first name you enter is optional.

Website and early access list

If you join the early access list on undertona.com, we store your email address and the page you signed up from, and use it only to tell you when the app launches. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. RevenueCat tells us whether your subscription is active; we never see your payment details.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Deletion

Delete your account any time in the app under You → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, scans and saved looks.
